Telephone Teller Companion

Access accounts 24/7 from any touch tone phone to inquire on account balances, transfer funds, make loan payments, verify checks cleared and deposits made. In the Billings local call area, dial 252-7556 or you can call our toll free number when traveling at 1-866-352-7556. Just have your account number and your Personal Identification Number ready. Telephone Teller Companion will guide you through an easy-to-follow menu to select and complete your transaction. This service is free to you.

 

ATM Card

Use your card at ATM's nationwide or wherever you see the CIRRUS, PLUS, Exchange, Instant Teller, or Companion ATM logos.

 

Direct Deposit

	Have your paychecks, retirement checks, Social Security, VA or any other recurring check automatically deposited into your accounts at the Credit Union. You can verify the deposits any time of day with BFCU Online or by calling the Telephone Teller Companion. To sign up for Direct Deposit, your employer or other payor will need  the Billings Federal Credit Union routing number which is 292976764.

Wire Transfers

Wires in to Billings Federal Credit Union
To wire funds to Billings Federal Credit Union members, please print and send the wire transfer instruction form  to the financial institution originating the transaction. Be sure to check with the originating financial institution about their fees for wire transfers. Billings Federal Credit Union does not charge a fee for wires coming in to member accounts. Charges will apply for outgoing wire transfers or wire transfers for non-members.
