Our President/CEO, Tom Boos, is retiring from Billings FCU this June after more than 40 years of service. Tom began his career as a consumer lender, where he learned an enduring lesson: look beyond the numbers and find ways to say yes to our members. That philosophy guided his 22 years as President/CEO and shaped the organization’s direction. Tom has built a strong culture of putting members first, which will continue well beyond his retirement.
