This leadership transition reflects the credit union’s continued focus on building a strong future for members, employees, and the organization.
This announcement is especially meaningful to Nancy because her career in the credit union industry began in an entry-level position. Along the way, she discovered an industry that truly believes in investing in people, creating opportunities, and helping both employees and members succeed. Nancy has grown through roles in member services, digital services, operations, accounting, and executive leadership. Most recently serving as Executive Vice President, Nancy has played an important role in guiding strategic initiatives, supporting organizational growth, and advancing member-focused solutions.
Nancy expressed sincere gratitude to her predecessor, Tom Boos, for his years of guidance, support, and mentorship. She also thanked BFCU’s Board of Directors for their trust and continued commitment to the credit union’s mission.
