We’ve been made aware of fraudulent calls where scammers are spoofing our phone number (406-248-1127) and posing as our “fraud team.” These callers may claim there are suspicious charges on your card and ask you to verify card numbers or personal information.
Please remember we will never ask for your full card number, PIN, online banking credentials, CVV, one-time passcode, or other sensitive information over the phone.
If you receive a call like this:
– Hang up immediately
– Do not share any personal or card information
– Call us directly using a verified number
When in doubt—pause, verify, and protect your information. If you believe you may have shared information, please contact us right away.
