Bill Pay is an optional feature of Online Banking. You can pay your bills from the comfort of your home or access Bill Pay on the road from any computer with Internet access. With Bill Pay, you can schedule payments in advance so bills get paid even when you’re away on vacation or business.

As part of our Online Banking package, you can enroll for eAlerts. eAlerts is a convenient, free service that offers you electronic alerts and notifications all sent directly to your email or mobile device – you get the information you need fast, safe and secure with eAlerts.

All you need to get started is an Online Banking relationship with BFCU and mobile phone that can send and receive text messages.

FREE Mobile Deposit

Mobile deposit is secure, easy to use and convenient. Deposit checks directly into your eligible account using our mobile app – simply take photos of the front and back of your check and submit.

FREE Mobile Pays

Your wallet – without the wallet. Mobile pays are a convenient method to make payments without using cash, checks or physical credit/debit cards. BFCU cards are ready to use – simply select our cards during the sign up process on your personal mobile device.

FREE Telephone Teller

Access accounts 24/7 from any touch tone phone to inquire on account balances, transfer funds, make loan payments, verify checks cleared and deposits made. In the Billings local call area, dial 406.252.7556 or you can call our toll free number when traveling at 1.866.352.7556. Just have your account number and your Personal Identification Number ready. Telephone Teller will guide you through an easy-to-follow menu to select and complete your transaction.

Our Online Banking is compatible with most Quicken and Mint products. If you have questions or concerns, please contact Quicken Online or dial Quicken customer service at 1.888.311.7276.
